Customer Care Advisor - Luxury Cosmetics Brand (remote-based)


 

We are looking for experienced Customer Care Advisors to join our contact centre on a temporary basis to represent our client, a luxury high-profile cosmetic brand.

What will I do in the role?

  • First point of contact for all customer enquiries
  • To provide sales through service, including order processing and upselling additional products
  • Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and e-mail
  • Making sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation and leave with a positive impression of you, our client and of Ventrica

What do I need?

  • Experience of working in customer service is essential, ideally within a contact centre or retail environment
  • A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable
  • Experience of sales through service would be an advantage
  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

What will I be paid?

We offer a competitive salary of £22,672 per annum

What hours will I work?

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Shifts are on a rota basis between the core hours 8:00am-11:00pm (some weekends are included so you must be flexible)

What contract will I be on?

This role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract until end of August 2023. Please note there is potential for contract extension to end of December 2023 to support with our peak period.

When will I start?

The start date for this role is asap so you must be available immediately.

Where will I be located?

This role can be remote working from home (please note you must be based in the UK).
