Job Description
Reporting to the Rents Finance Manager, the Rent Officer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining an accuracy of the transaction data within the Housing Management system, through the processing of payments and adjustments
- Weekly reconciliation of the suspense account, keeping breakdowns of the transactions
- Responding promptly to escalated queries from internal and external parties.
- Reconciling the Sponsors Accounts
The Successful Applicant
The successful Rent Officer will ideally have previous exposure in a similar role with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
A good level of analysis and interpretation of financial and statistical information is required, so a track record of doing this would be preferred.
A confident user of Excel is essential along with excellent communication skills.
