The role of a Butler is to enhance the guest experience providing a professional, anticipative and unobstructive Butler service to allocated suites and balconies ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and guest interaction.
Attend the day to day needs of guests within an allocated section of suites.
Ensure the guest experience is of the highest level from the very beginning of the passenger journey.
On a day to day basis confirm guests requirements for dinner reservations, spa bookings and shore excursions.
Also offering pillow concierge and shoe shine services as applicable and arrange for laundry to be dry cleaned.
Over all ensuring a prompt service is achieved.
