Customer Service Representative


 

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer engagement and sales? We're on the lookout for a results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team and be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze customer issues and determine the best course of action to resolve them
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £24,318.00 per year
