Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer issues and determine the best course of action to resolve them
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
