Dental Receptionist


 

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the dental practice management system
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance claims and billing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Dental Receptionist will be required to work on-site at our dental office location.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 45 per week
