Hotel Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time)


 

Hotel Receptionist:

We are recruiting for hard-working and motivated employees to join our Front of House team at WA Hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 6 months to 1 years’ experience in a hotel background. We are also recruiting for those looking for full-time and part time roles.

Reporting into the Front Office Manager, the ideal candidiate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel front desk and supporting the hotel in it’s daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests on arrival to the hotel, checking them in and informing them about the hotel and it’s facilties.

- Assisting the reservatios teams by taking bookings by phone, email or walk ins and recording all details in our online system.

- Creating final bills at check-out and processing payments accurately

- Helping guests with special requests, for example wake-up services and late departures

- Taking messages and passing them on to guests promptly

- Dealing with guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in

Shifts are based on 5 of 7 days and include early morning, late evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Full - Time shifts will start from 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm. Part - Time shift hours will be discussed at the interview stage.

Salary – Up to £11 per hour. D.O.E.
