Overview of Role:

The role is an integral part of the business which will involve predominately assisting with general day to day running of the Just for Pets Ecommerce website, ensuring accuracy is maintained in every task undertaken. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently to prioritise all instructions to ensure these meet the required business deadline. The role is varied in nature and the successful candidate will have to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

As an integral part of the E-Commerce team, the role will involve supporting other members of the team closely with online promotional set up and website maintenance.

Job Description:

· New product listings, ensuring SEO-friendly descriptions are marketed to the right target audience.

· Ensuring items are in the correct categories and daily website checks. Regular website updates to maximise user experience and promote the company in the correct manner.

· Design and creation of landing, brand, and shop-in-shop pages.

· Listing products on our linked Amazon store.

· Ability to quickly identify problems and find a resolution to meet demands.

· Identify efficiencies in process, discuss and implement as appropriate.

· Assist as required in any Ecommerce related ad-hoc tasks.

Person Specification

· Computer literate – essential

· Ideally experience using a CMS system, such as WordPress, BigCommerce etc.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.

· Ability to work under pressure and identify solutions.

· High attention to detail

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Job Title: Assistant

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with day-to-day operations
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
