Perfect Personnel are currently supporting a leading production manufacturing company with the recruitment of their Shot Blast / Paint Operatives this role will be based in Evesham, Worcestershire.
ESSENTIAL:
- Previous experience of working in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
- Experience of Steel Shot-Blasting.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of H & S procedures & responsibilities.
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly
- Strive towards continuous improvement
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills, judgment and decision making skill
- Strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload production line
- Spray painting
- Shot Blasting
- Meet set targets whilst working on the production line
- Safe and controlled movement of production parts
- Understanding of Lean
THE SALARY FOR THE SHOT BLASTER OPERATOR HOURLY RATE IS BETWEEN £11.00 – £14.67 AND WILL BE PAID WEEKLY.
