As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, providing guidance and support to the sales team, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Essential Job Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.

Salary: £20,006.00-£22,515.00 per year
