We are looking to appoint an SEND TA to support school’s evolving SEND offer. This is a role with lots of opportunity for future progression and development. You will be a key part of shaping our school offer alongside our SENDCo. We want to employ someone who has the ambition, drive and resilience to serve in an inner-city school and who is unwavering in their commitment to improve the outcomes and lives of children. We are looking for this person to support the development of our SEND offer in conjunction with our SENDCo; ensuring all children with complex needs across the school have their needs met.

- Someone who has experience working with children with SEND and supporting the wider staff team
- An intelligent, considered and talented individual to support children with SEND to be the best they can be

- Someone who is equipped with the personality and skills to build relationships with children, staff and parents
- An ability to use initiative and complete their work to a high standard
