EMEA eCommerce Executive
Location – Walton Oaks (Hybrid)

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to the next step in their eCommerce career, combining their passion for ecommerce retailing and ability to support, develop and grow our business across the EMEA region. This role would suit someone with limited experience within eCommerce but looking to build their career in this exciting and highly dynamic space.

The role sits within our Digital & eCommerce Capability team and involves working with a large number of teams (commercial, marketing, supply chain and IT) across our priority eCommerce markets and will support the delivery of a number of key eCommerce capability projects.

This EMEA eCommerce Executive job role sits within our Kimberly Clark Consumer (KCC), Digital, Media and Insights Team in our EMEA head office in Tadworth, Surrey.
What does the role involve?
We are looking for someone to come in and support the eCommerce Lead with delivery of the eCommerce capability plan and roadmap. You will be working with our global teams to help shape the launch of new performance tracking tools and ensure they meet the needs of our local teams and key customers. You will need to support the facilitation of training and development across region and help to deliver the eCommerce Capability plan and focus areas alongside working with different teams to ensure KC is winning the Digital shelf across different priority retailers and ensure teams are able to accurately track performance against critical KPIs.
Lead the monthly performance reporting process with the markets and provide updates to the wider organisation on KPIs
Explore new partnerships externally which help to fill a capability gap in a market or across the EMEA region
Develop appropriate platforms to transfer best practice from one market to another and help to cross-pollinate best-in class execution in eCommerce
Take the lead on capturing key actions and next steps from all the different country and market engagements
You will work closely with our markets to further accelerate growth with our eCommerce customers.
Skills and experience
A passion and experience for eCommerce retailing is essential
A self-starter with strong stakeholder management experience
Confident presenter and ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to think out of the box and find creative shortcuts to business challenges
Good excel and analytical - previous experience working with large data sets is an advantage
Project Management skills are a plus, but no formal qualification required
