We are especially looking for enthusiastic,well spoken individuals who can welcome our customers, take their orders both efficiently and accurately, can easily operate our till system and also willingly assist with daily Cafe tasks such as dishes, cleaning and keeping front of house areas fully stocked , tables cleared & cleaned promptly and finally thanking our customers for their business.
Your smart personal presentation is essential.
You will need to have clear communication skills (spoken and written) and have basic numeracy . You need to be physically fit, able to stand all day and be able to lift and carry moderately heavy items.
We are a small friendly welcoming team to all of our customers and staff . You will receive excellent training and have development opportunities to potentially gain skills in the craft of Artisan coffee making and shop leadership.
A paid break and a free meal are always provided whilst on duty.
Car parking is available if you are commuting.
Sorry we don’t accept students or Gap Year students as this is a long term role.
Your basic hours will be Full Time 40 hours , working 4 or 5 days on a rota basis.
Your shifts will may start at as early as 6.30am finishing at 16.15, 16.30 or 17.00pm typically.
You will be rostered weekends, partial weekends and weekends off as the business requires of the team.
