An exciting opportunity has arisen at Witney Lakes Resort for a Maintenance Assistant to the Maintenance Team.
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and a great eye for detail.
Main Duties
Report directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be assisting in the completion of all preventative building maintenance.
Previous maintenance would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Duties
- Daily standard checks
- Fire compliance checks, testing the fire alarms, checking fire doors, testing emergency lights & checking fire extinguishers
- Legionella compliance checks, taking tap and tank temperatures, carrying out equipment inspections, replacing and cleaning shower heads
- Hotel room servicing, cleaning windows, cleaning air conditioning filters, cleaning shower drains & paint touch ups
- Air conditioning/handling maintenance, filter changing, filter cleaning & extract grill cleaning
- Swimming pool maintenance, filling of chemicals, back-washing & changing injectors (full training will be provided)
- Jet washing
- Replacing light bulbs
- General maintenance repairs
