As part of the role, you will be expected to:
- Consistently deliver and ensure top customer service with a focus on integrity, inclusivity and genuine hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of products, suppliers, alergens.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas
- Directing customers to the bar or the suitable allocated seat.
- Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus.
- Accepting food and drink orders, dealing with allergens and all requests
- Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
- Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each table.
- Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals.
- Providing guests with their checks after the meal sitting.
- Undertake quality control of all beverages
- Actively seek opportunities to add value and improve processes
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- General cleaning duties during or after service, glass wash, potwash, cleaning/closing cafe...
